This is a great example of why learning how to run is important. In the first clip, she’s trying to run—but there’s no true flight phase. That means she’s missing out on muscle-tendon elasticity and spending a lot of time under load, which puts extra stress on joints, tendons, and ligaments—and makes running feel heavier than it needs to be. So we cleaned things up. Better posture. Quicker cadence. Less reaching forward. More focus on pulling the back foot in and quickly recovering runner’s pose
