Ingredients: 2oz vanilla beans 1 cup granulated sugar 3/4 cup alcohol of your choice (vodka/rum/bourbon) 1/3 cup water 2 tbsp light corn syrup 1/4 tsp xanthan gum How to: Cut vanilla beans into thirds. Add to a blender. Add sugar, alcohol, water, and light corn syrup. Blend for 3 minutes until smooth. Add in xanthan gum and blend.
