Tacoma, Wash. - Tonight's protest in downtown Tacoma in response to a Tacoma Officer, who is now on paid administrative leave, ramming through a crowd of people with his patrol vehicle. Per Wendy Haddow with the Tacoma Police, no arrests have been made during the protest. Two were arrested prior to the protest starting.
