Thank you @heyjanellemarie for this original video and thoughts of what was needed postpartum. Did you know what you needed? I think having moms be in charge of what is needed, especially early postpartum when the hormones are taking a nosedive is unfair. I prefer for couples to decide this ahead of time, and adjust if needed. And for grandparents to have the heads up before the baby comes so they can plan accordingly to be supportive in the best ways. I believe it so much I made a workbook that
