Sebuah roket pengangkut Soyuz-2.1a diluncurkan dari Baikonur Cosmodrome di Kazakhstan pada Kamis (27/11), mengirim wahana antariksa Soyuz MS-28 dengan dua kosmonaut Rusia dan satu astronaut Amerika Serikat (AS) ke orbit dekat Bumi.
