Yesterday, the SeaWorld Orlando rescue team received a manatee suffering from a boat strike injury. The manatee was brought to us with the help of our partners at ZooTampa at Lowry Park and MyFWC Florida Fish and Wildlife. The rescue of an injured manatee in the Florida Keys on March 20 was complicated by a brush fire burning locally. Video from Daniel Eidsmoe shows the rescue effort.
