Simple & Sweaty Nothing difficult about this one. The original workout had a 1 minute rest but I felt that was too easy so replaced it with a 150m row. All basic movements which you should be able to complete in 30s. I went hard on the bike and managed to do every set of 12 cals in 19/20s.
